This document has been prepared to regulate the rights of customers, as well as the procedures for cancellation and return, for purchases made through the Dr. Plus brand. Dr. Plus acts in accordance with all applicable legal regulations, particularly the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

General Provisions For orders placed through the Dr. Plus website https://drplus.com.tr/, customers are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract. Products purchased are delivered to the customer within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the order; if delivery is not made within this period, the customer has the right to terminate the contract.

Products must be delivered completely, undamaged, and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

After the completion of the order, if the product is not in stock, written notification is made to the customer within 3 (three) days, and payment is refunded at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days. Right of Withdrawal Customers have the right to return the products they purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must contact Dr. Plus via the communication channels provided on our website (email, telephone, contact form, etc.). To be eligible for the right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original packaging, complete, and unused; the invoice and all accessories, if any, must be included.

In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping costs will be covered by Dr. Plus For service purchases, the withdrawal period starts from the date the contract is signed; however, if the service execution has begun with the explicit consent of the consumer, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

• Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products and services: Products that are prepared or customized according to the customer’s request or personal needs.
• Products whose return is not suitable for hygienic reasons (such as underwear, cosmetics, and personal care items) once the packaging is opened. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, products that deteriorate quickly, or products whose expiry date may pass.
• Digital content, e-books, software programs, and similar online services. Service contracts where performance has begun with the consumer’s approval.
• Return and Refund Conditions In case of exercising the right of withdrawal or order cancellation, once the product has reached Dr. Plus, the refund process will be completed within a maximum of 10 (ten) business days.

The refund will be made via the original payment method, and the consumer must not be subjected to any deductions. For payments made by credit card, the reflection of the refund to the card account may take 2-3 weeks depending on bank processes.

If the product to be returned is damaged due to customer fault and loses value, Dr. Plus reserves the right to deduct the decrease in value from the refund amount.

If products purchased as part of a promotion, campaign, or discount are returned, and campaign conditions are no longer met, the relevant discount or promotional amount may be deducted from the refund total.

Order Cancellation and Product Exchange Order cancellation can be carried out before the product is shipped by contacting Dr. Plus Customers who wish to exchange a product must contact Dr. Plus within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.

Note: If the purchased product is out of stock or cannot be supplied, a refund will be made at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days.

Force Majeure and Delivery Delays Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Dr. Plus, such as earthquake, flood, fire, pandemic, war, strike, general transportation and logistics issues, or infrastructure/internet outages.

In such cases, the customer will be notified of the delay and offered one of the following options: Cancellation of the order and a refund. Replacement of the product with an alternative if possible. Waiting for the delivery by accepting the delay. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law These conditions and all distance sale contracts established through Dr. Plus are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes arising from the implementation of this contract will be resolved before the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts at the consumer’s place of residence or the place where the goods or services are purchased; additionally, the courts and enforcement offices where Dr. Plus is based will also be considered competent.
